The LGBT Visitor Center is available to rent for meetings, seminars, receptions and other types of activities.
These rental fees do not apply to special events dates as determined by the LGBT Visitor Center.
Rental Rates are as follows:
Normal Business Hours M-F 9am – 6pm
MDGLCC Member – First hour free*, each additional hour $40
Not-for-Profit Member – First hour free*, each additional hour $20
Non-Member - $50/ Hour
Not-for-Profit Non-Member –$25/hour
Outside of Business Weekday
MDGLCC Member - $50/hour
Not-for-profit Member- $25/hour
Non-Member - $75/hour
Not-for-Profit Non-Member –$50/hour
MDGLCC Member - $125 first 2 hours then $50/hour
Not-for-profit Member - $75 first 2 hours then $25/hour
Non-Member - $200 first 2 hours then $75/hour
Not-for-profit Non-Member- $125 first 2 hours then $50/hour
Use of Projector & Screen - $15
Cleaning Fee - $75 (Required if over 50 people and food & beverage are provided)
Holiday surcharge of $25 per hour may be applied
Deposit may be required
- Reservations are required at least 1-week in advance and a deposit may be required.
- Payment must be made PRIOR to the beginning of your event or meeting.
- Intent to serve alcohol must be noticed.
- Absolutely nothing may be sold without prior written approval.
- Insurance Certificate will be required for all receptions where alcohol is served.
- Insurance Certificate will be required for all activities of more than 100 persons.
- Renter must provide all needed supplies (cups, plates, paper, notepads, pens etc..)
- Preference will be given to members of the Miami-Dade Gay & Lesbian Chamber and our non-profit partners.
